UK Delivery Rates

For the National Animal Welfare Trust Online Shop the UK includes United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales), Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey.

For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please check our Europe Delivery Rates.

We use Royal Mail to deliver orders and aim to despatch orders within 48 hours (working week), so please allow 28 days for deliveries.

Please note that larger orders may be split into two parts when despatched. Split orders will always be clearly marked and despatched at the same time

Delivery rates are compiled of the total value of the products in your shopping basket and where you are having the order delivered to.  Some of our products do not incur a delivery cost – NAWT Charity Gifts and any donations you make.

For the National Animal Welfare Trust Online Shop, Europe includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Greece, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Turkey. 

If the country you would like to send your order to is not included in the drop down list when you enter your billing/delivery address, please contact us on 0208 838 7080 or by email and we will determine whether we can dispatch it to you.

We are very sorry for these expensive rates but as a charity cannot subsidise shipping costs.

Please also note we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.

 

Returns

Our Returns Policy

Our no quibble 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached if possible) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Unfortunately food items cannot be returned unless damaged.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Return of Items

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items against your account, please follow the guidelines below:

·        Please include a copy of the delivery note if you return any items that you have purchased from the National Animal Welfare Trust Online Shop

·        Please note you cannot return items you purchased from the National Animal Welfare Trust Online Shop to our High Street charity shops or rescue centres.

·        Please indicate why you are returning the item.

·        If you no longer have the delivery note, please include a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, their email address, order number and reason for the return.

·        Please ensure that any items to be sent back are returned securely. The National Animal Welfare Trust cannot be held liable for returned items which do not reach us.

 

How Refunds Are Calculated

Items returned under the 30-day returns guarantee

If there has been no error on our part, under our returns policy we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or return postage.

Items returned as Damaged, Defective or Incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective or an incorrect item was sent, we will refund the cost of the item together with delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
