The National Animal Welfare Trust's on-line shop is fully secure. When you have completed your transaction, your web browser will be connected directly to our secure server. All goods trading is carried out for the National Animal Welfare Trust by AWT Trading Ltd, which is wholly owned by the National Animal Welfare Trust. All the profits from the sale of these items go directly to help the animals in our care.

Shopping Terms and Conditions

Goods: All sizes and weights are approximate. Every effort is made to supply goods as illustrated, but occasionally if an item is unavailable, a similar item may be substituted. If you are not satisfied with the alternative a full refund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellations:  If you wish to cancel your order for any reason you must do so within 14 working days of receiving the goods by email to trading@nawt.org.uk or by phone to 0208 838 7080. The cancellation period starts the day after the goods are received.  The items should also be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

You may be asked to pay the cost of returning the goods but the original payment (including postage & packing) will be refunded in full within 14 days of receiving the goods back or proof of return.

Guarantee: If you find that are you unhappy with the quality or value of any item or if your goods are damaged in transit, please return within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it or refund your money.

Deliveries: We currently deliver goods to all UK addresses (which have a Royal Mail postcode). Please contact our Trading Manager for addresses outside of the UK. Please allow 14 days for deliveries.
